A very fascinating hotel with an interesting history. The service level here is exemplary, although at times, communication may be an issue. They try to make every visitor feel like their VIP guest. All your needs are personally attended to. There’s a free guided tour around the hotel to understand its history better.
Take note if you’re traveling with elderly folks or those requiring accessibility. There are no elevators nor wheelchair access. The beds are quite high to exude royalty and shower areas may be difficult for some.
Overall, I enjoyed my brief stay there tremendously. There are lots of places to explore near the surrounding area. Might be a good idea to read up about the history of the Bokor Mountain before heading there.
